Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Outstanding service from PC Net! They quickly diagnosed my printer issue, clearly explained the solution, and offered to assist me with the printer replacement process. They're pretty fast, faster than I thought. The price point was extremely reasonable and fair. I will also add that it is hard to find honest, experienced tech professionals who communicate this well. I will definitely be returning for any future computer or hardware needs. 10 stars

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Robert at PC Net did a terrific job in getting my Brothers printer back up and functioning after I failed to do so myself on several occassions. He knew exactly the problem and got it fixed. PC Net is professional and their pricing for their service is very fair! I highly recommend them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. PC Net made it easy to get my printer fixed. After several people looked at it and couldn't do it, they took it in and made it happen. They were very attentive and were able to take care of it rather quickly. Highly recommended.
