They quickly diagnosed my printer issue, clearly explained the solution, and offered to assist me with the printer replacement process. They're pretty fast, faster than I thought.  The price point was extremely reasonable and fair. I will also add that it is hard to find honest, experienced tech professionals who communicate this well. Robert at PC Net did a terrific job in getting my Brothers printer back up and functioning after I failed to do so myself on several occassions.  He knew exactly the problem and got it fixed.
