PC Net, Inc. provides remote support services to our clients to address technical issues and offer assistance with their systems and software. Before initiating any remote support session, click here to read and acknowledge the following terms and conditions carefully:

Steps to get started

  1. Download and install the RemotePC Attended Access App on your computer.
  2. Once configured, share the session code with your technician.
  3. Close the session window to restrict attended access.
    Mac and Windows computers cannot be accessed until you download or rerun the app.
  4. As a precaution, please reboot your computer after every session.
  5. Disconnect immediately if you don’t feel comfortable for any reason.
